Hutton Hall Wedding Videography | Robyn and Warren

Robyn and Warren’s Stylish and Relaxed Hutton Hall Wedding Videography in Essex

Robyn and Warren found me via Facebook, after deciding that they wanted their special day filmed. They loved my films and when they got in touch we really connected, so I was excited to work with them for their Hutton Hall wedding videography. Keep scrolling to read about Robyn and Warren’s day and here’s their Hutton Hall wedding film!

Getting Ready at Hutton Hall

Hutton Hall is a Grade II listed Georgian manor house and it's elegant and contemporary. The bridal suite is one of the most beautiful I've ever seen! The lighting is beautiful and it feels airy and spacious, especially on a bright and sunny August day! Getting ready was really relaxed and we had a chilled-out morning. When I arrived the dresses were hanging and the prosecco was in full flow!

I'm a wedding photographer, as well as a videographer, so I always enjoy meeting other photographers. Sophie Dunne Photography and I got on like a house on fire and we now offer joint packages!

As everyone was getting ready, Robyn’s little boy Teddy came up to the room to say hello. It was such a cute moment! He looked adorable in his little suit! Robyn's dad and bridesmaids then got to see her for the first time.  She looked beautiful.

Meeting the Groom and His Groomsmen

I headed downstairs to meet Warren and his groomsmen. They were making the final touches to their preparations while drinking bubbles and adding buttonholes to their beautiful blue suits.  We headed out into the garden, so Sophie could take their portraits.

The Wedding Ceremony

Robyn and her dad got into a beautiful vintage car and drove to the church next door. I walked over the church and it's really lovely that you can walk right from Hutton Hall gardens straight into the church grounds.

Robyn and Warren had a simple and sweet church ceremony and they exited to the beautiful sound of the church bells ringing. Guests gathered outside to shower Robyn and Warren with confetti as they jumped back into their car, to head back to Hutton Hall.  Guests wandered back to the venue over the secret bridge and they were served welcome drinks on arrival!

The Drinks Reception

It was a gloriously hot day and the August sun was beating down.  Guests played garden games, hopped around on space hoppers, and sipped drinks in the sunshine. A blues band played in the background, while guests enjoyed themselves.

Robyn, Warren and Teddy headed off into the grounds to spend some time together and to have some relaxed couples portraits taken. This was followed by some family and wedding party group shots, and a big group shot with all of their guests.

Dancing Between Courses!

As everyone sat down to eat, the blues band joined them in the marquee to carry on playing. This inspired everyone to get on their feet and have a boogie! This was a lot of fun to capture on film. Everyone was in great spirits, laughing and dancing.

It was important to Robyn to have her Nan represented at the wedding, even though she's no longer with us. She did this by designating a chair for Nan and putting her pink jacket on it. This was a wonderful way to remember Nan on the day.
Robyn had her Nan’s pink jacket on her chair, this was a lovely way to have a passed loved one at your wedding.

The Styling and Feel of the Day

The colour scheme was blues and whites. All of the decor was clean and elegant, with whites and navy blues. This really complimented the styling and decor at Hutton Hall.

The First Dance, Party, and Entertainment

The first dance choice was really personal and represented Robyn and Warren as a couple. This was followed by a really touching father and daughter dance. Everyone then joined them on the dance-floor.

The DJ’s, Fox and Braces, were fantastic, I have worked with these guys before and they always know how to get the crowd going. The dance-floor was packed, as everyone carried on dancing into the night!

Here's Hutton Hall wedding videography in all of its glory! I loved working with these two as their Essex wedding videographer. If you're looking for a beautiful wedding film to capture your wedding day, get in touch!
