Islington Town Hall Wedding Videography | Stacey and Nick
Stacey and Nick’s Islington Town Hall and St Bart’s Brewery Wedding Videography
I met Stacey & Nick on Facebook when they were looking for a videographer. I was super excited for their Islington Town Hall Wedding videography and the rest of their day at St Bart's Brewery. They’re both amazing venues and I knew it was going to be a wonderful day.

The Ceremony
I started coverage at the ceremony and arrived at Islington Town Hall nice and early. It was a beautiful sunny day in London and there were bees buzzing around the flowers at the entrance to the Town Hall.
The bridesmaids and guests started to arrive and gather outside, waiting for Stacey to arrive with her dad. It was great to get some beautiful, natural coverage of everyone arriving and greeting each other. Nick was waiting nervously inside and we did some laid back portraits in the beautiful corridors.
Stacey and her dad arrived in a beautiful vintage camper van and made their way inside for the ceremony. Guests were seated inside Islington Town Hall's beautiful Council Chamber waiting for the ceremony to begin. Nick stood with his best woman and then Stacey and her bridal party made their entrance. The ceremony was simple and romantic and the beautiful Council Chamber was the perfect backdrop for it.
The Reception
After the ceremony, we all headed to the stairs to get a big group shot. Passers-by were cheering, as Stacey and Nick made their way down the stairs and towards the Routemaster Buses that were waiting. The guests jumped on the buses and we made our way through London to St Barts Brewery.
Guests ate canapes and listened to music, as they waited for Stacey and Nick to arrive in their camper van. They were cheered by everyone as they walked in. We headed out into the gardens across the road for some couple portraits and family photos.
Stacey and Nick went for informal dining and the venue staff brought around platters of mini burgers and mini fish and chips. There was also a cheese wheel and a naked cake.
The Styling
The styling was simple and felt very London. Rustic flowers really complimented the decor of St Barts. For favours, Stacey and Nick gave their guests pins and badges representing donations to their favourite charities. The photo booth had a bucket of apples so occasionally you would see a guest crunching into a juicy grannie smith!
The First Dance and Party
The first dance was adorable. Nick’s sister was in tears, hugging her family, as she watched Nick and Stacey embracing on the dance-floor. You could really feel the love in that moment.
Once the first dance was complete the dance-floor went crazy. Everyone danced until their feet were sore and there was lots of air guitar happening! It got quite lively and ties were removed, while Nick was thrown in the air. The party was one of the most epic I've ever seen!
