I had the privilege of spending the day with the amazing Hammond & Smith team, located in Epping, Essex. Our day began by creating a professional lettings process video for their website. Afterwards, I had the opportunity to capture candid moments of the team in their natural workplace environment.

What were they looking for in this shoot?  

In this shoot, they were looking for various elements to be captured. These included team photos, individual photos, group photos, location details, and an information video. The goal was to create a comprehensive visual representation that showcased the team, individuals, and the location, while also providing informative content through the video.

How did we complete the shoot?  

We had a lot of laughter during the photo session! It really helped to create a relaxed mood and capture natural poses. To make the atmosphere fun, we played music and engaged in conversation to get team members excited about having their photographs taken. Since we had to complete the session in a day, we had to work according to tight deadlines, but the entire team helped us stay on track.

As a small team, it was crucial for us to accurately represent their values. Hammond & Smith embodies a "family" culture characterised by warmth, compassion, and unique style.

I took numerous photos and provided them with a variety of options, making it easier for them to choose their favourites.
